Tomasz Cichoń – a former officer of the Central Investigative Bureau, Criminal Intelligence Bureau of the Police, and Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (for many years, he worked as an undercover officer in Europe), PhD in Social Sciences, Professor at the Academy of Applied Sciences in Nowy Targ (Poland). He was the Director of Security at PZU (Poland). He developed and implemented training programs for undercover agents and recruitment specialists for Polish law enforcement agencies (the Central Investigative Bureau of Poland, National Police of Poland, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau), as well as training programs on undercover work, interview and interrogation, police intelligence and investigative activities, and recruitment for the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, National Police of Ukraine, and State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. He is a graduate of the Higher Pedagogical School in Kraków, the Police Academy in Szczytno, the Central European Police Academy in Budapest, and the Catholic Pedagogical University in Ružomberok (Slovakia).
