Illia Dzelhen – a former police officer, a graduate of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Kyiv. He worked in law enforcement agencies in the Organized Crime Control Units of Donetsk, Zhytomyr, and Kherson regions of Ukraine, as well as in the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime. In 2016-2017, he was a detective and head of the Detective Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. Since August 2018, he has been working as a freelancer for international corporations, specializing in OSINT, brand protection from counterfeiting, internal and corporate security. He is a coach of international training programs for employees of the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and NABU. He is the head of the security service at PJSC “Imperial Tobacco Production Ukraine”, Kyiv (Ukraine).
