Grzegorz Żmijski –a former Polish police officer, trained as a police negotiator in Poland, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria, member of the negotiating team of the Police Department in Lublin (multiple participant in police negotiations aimed at resolving crisis situations without the use of force – the threat of a suicide attack, hostage situations, etc.). Worked as a police coordinator for negotiations of the Police Department in Lublin (Poland). He was responsible for the training of police officers and specialists from various structures and institutions (educational institutions, social workers, emergency number 112 operators, airport security service, prison service, border service, military police) in the field of police negotiations and other methods of crisis resolution, as well as in the field of terrorist threats and behavior in case of a terrorist act or crisis. In 2016-2017, he was a co-author of the Order of the Chief of the National Police on the system of police negotiations in Poland. He is currently an active trainer in negotiations and crisis management for the police, government services, and businesses.
