Dr. Andrzej Szymczyk – a long-time police officer in Poland. He specialized in combating economic crime and organized crime in the Central Bureau of Investigation, among others. He was commander of the Bytom Municipal Police Station, deputy regional police chief in Silesia and deputy police chief supervising the criminal division throughout Poland. He left the Police Department with the rank of general and headed the security of the Polish Post Office. He is currently an academic lecturer.
