Vitalii Karpenko – PhD in Psychology, Associate Professor, practicing consulting psychologist, hypnologist, coach. He worked for a long time at the University of Internal Affairs in Lviv (Ukraine). He is a co-author of training programs for professional and psychological training of employees of the National Police of Ukraine, NABU detectives, employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, and the Judicial Security Service of Ukraine in crisis communication and negotiations, operational and investigative activities, recruitment, undercover work, and interrogation. He is the author of patented inventions in psychotherapy and psycho-correction. A specialist in overcoming post-traumatic stress disorders and post-traumatic rehabilitation. He is a coach in projects of UNDP, OSCE, USAID, the embassies of the USA, Federal Republic of Germany, Japan, Poland, and other organizations in the field of negotiations, dialogues, facilitation, mediation, reconciliation, and non-violent communication, as well as a participant in the Network of Dialogue Facilitators in Ukraine. He is a board member of the B.H. Voznytsky Charity Foundation (Ukraine) and a board member of the Dignity Space NGO (Ukraine).
