Paweł Tarnawski – a former police officer (including the Central Investigative Bureau), former police instructor. A former investigator at the Security Office of the EU Council in Brussels, International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague, expert of the UN Security Council Sanctions Committee in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. A co-author of a special training program for specialists in police intelligence and investigative activities, recruitment, interview and interrogation, for law enforcement agencies in Poland, the National Police of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. A co-author of the FBI interview and interrogation Methods course, which is used in Polish police academies and taught in legal and consulting firms in Poland. He graduated from the National FBI Academy (USA), Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Poland), and the Police Academy in Szczytno (Poland).
